Helping you move beyond survival patterns toward greater clarity, confidence, and freedom.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself or support in your work as a clinician, my goal is to create a space where you can better understand what’s keeping you stuck and begin moving forward in a meaningful way.

My Approach
So many of the clients or clinicians I work with are experts at thinking about their problems or feelings, but struggle to move past the looping thoughts to actually change what needs to be changed in their life or in their practice.
Good therapy is more than managing symptoms or fixing problems. This work is about slowing down enough to understand why these symptoms are screaming out for attention and address the problem at its root.
I will never take it for granted that I get to witness moments where clients feel understood and begin to understand themselves. Clients often say that questions I ask help them notice the parts of their story that they miss when they’re stuck in their head. My clients move from feeling disorganized and confused about why they’re so anxious or feeling out of control to a better sense of understanding along with feeling a sense of calm, less tension in the body, and better tools to engage in life the way they want to.
We work together to identify what you want out of therapy and then use evidence-based tools to help you reach your goal. Our work focuses not just on your thoughts, but on helping you find your window of tolerance, your center, so that you’re not constantly living out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.
My Story
I became a therapist because I wanted to help people break out of shame and find freedom.
For years, I thought that the key to freedom for myself and others was reading more books, doing more research, taking more training. I’ve learned through my own work how vital it is to slow down, to sit with our emotions and learn from what our body is trying to tell us, and to ask for help and have someone who can help you see where you’re getting stuck and take you gently by the shoulders to help you find the better path. It’s in doing the work that we find the courage and confidence to move forward!
My core values are Wisdom, Confidence, Authenticity, Compassion, Curiosity, and Imagination, and these values guide my work both inside and outside of a therapy session.
My journey has taken me to some fascinating places: from working with children and adolescents to military families, veterans and active-duty service members. But my favorite work has been helping people with anxiety and trauma, of watching those moments where they can breathe deeper, when their shoulders are finally able to relax, and they’re able to tell me stories about how their life is changed as a result.
